Decorative painting is a diverse art form that utilizes a variety of techniques and media to decorate both functional and non-functional surfaces. The use of either patterns or free-hand designs allows a high degree of success without academic training or natural drawing ability. The scope of decorative painting is limitless. Using the styles and techniques of the past with the trends and materials of the present develops an art heritage for the future.
Tole painting is the term historically used for painting on tin, however, today decorative painting includes stenciling, bronzing, gold-leafing, faux finishes, etc. We invite you to join us for painting, making new friends and having lots of fun.
